SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

POSSIBLE DELAYS

When the parcel reaches the destination country, it may be subject to customs delays due to standard clearance procedures of the receiving country. This is beyond the control of Satya Jewelry and any original shipping time estimates. 

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-4 business days from the time order is received.If you are ordering during a promotion please note there may be delays due to high order volume. Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays. Shipping time is applied after the order has been processed. All Next Day Air orders must be submitted be by 11am EST to be dispatched same day. If you need your order processed quickly, you must select an expedited shipping option at checkout.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If you refuse a shipment from Satya Jewelry, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us.

GIFTS

If the order is a gift, the cost of the item will still be included on the customs form. To prevent penalty by law we are required by customs authorities to declare the value of all parcels.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship Worldwide!

All international orders are subject to additional shipping charges based on the end country’s taxes, tariffs and duties. These fees are not associated with EarthlyPulse and are to be paid by the recipient. 

RETURN

We pride ourselves in offering some of the best jewelry you can find and ultimately want you to love your purchase. Sometimes, things just don’t work out as planned and we understand. EarthlyPulse gladly accepts returns on most unworn, unwashed, damage free items within 14 days from delivery date.

Returns must post marked within 14 days of original ship date. Orders post marked after the outlined time will receive a store credit. Orders post marked after 30 days will be returned at the customer’s expense. Once returns are received please allow up to 14 business days for return to be processed

To initiate a return, Please visit our RETURNS CENTER . A rep will get back to you within 1-2 business days. If you choose to return your order using a prepaid return label, a return shipping fee of $10 will be deducted from the final refund amount. Please ensure your return is securely packaged in a sturdy box to protect the item during transit. Returns sent in envelopes or inadequately packaged, resulting in damage, will not be eligible for a refund.

FINAL SALE, SAMPLE SALE, LIMITED EDITION, GIFT CARDS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED. GIFT BOXES ARE FINAL SALE AND NON REFUNDABLE. 

Merchandise purchased online cannot be returned at EarthlyPulse store locations.

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
